While watching a video by Emily J. on Youtube (She is new to Booktube; you should go say "Hi!"), I heard about another readathon that is happening this week. It is a Library Books Readathon and it is hosted by Rachel Turns Pages. The only goal is to read as many library books as you can during the week. Most of the books that I plan on reading this week are library books, so I thought I would go ahead and join this readathon also! The readathon starts at midnight on June 9th and ends at midnight on June 15th. This readathon is super relaxed, so I don't think that will be a problem. I am going to stick to the same goals I had set for myself before for the other two readathons, so here they are:
- Read 2100 pages
- Read 3oo pages a day (completing the optional challenge for the Sweet Summer Readathon)
- Post daily update posts during the read-a-thon
- Post a wrap-up post after the read-a-thon
- Finish The Scorch Trials audiobook (somewhat completing the optional challenge for the Sweet Summer Readathon)
- Participate in the daily challenges for the Sweet Summer Readathon
I didn't even know about the other readathon. Thanks for joining. I will have daily posts about libraries so look out for that.
ReplyDeleteSounds great! I am doing three readathons at one time. Its great! Happy reading!
DeleteGood luck with your goals! I really need to read some graphic novels, so that I can recommend them to people coming into the library. I will have to check out your reviews!
